Well a dock really helps me to keep my desktop organized and I was sad to leave Object dock due to this problem... Mplayer combined with mpui is a really powerfull multimedia tool... However the video files would have no image while ObjectDock was running... Other dock like apps didn't seem to have this problem... It also seems to interfere with Media Player Classic when the movie is playing in fullscreen. It's not a gfx card driver issue since I tried different versio
