Thank you for your response. I have tried the above, I used my current email (which was my PayPal address back then) and I tried with another email (which is my new PayPal address) with no luck. Initially, I installed Fences 3, but then I thought that maybe I should use the exact same software associated with my key. So I uninstalled F3 and installed F2 with still no luck.

Hello, I understand that this is a very common issue, but I tried all proposed solutions but without any success. I purchased licenses for Fences 2 in 2014, but then changed the laptop in 2015 and forgot about it until last month. I went to my emails and was abe to locate the Receipt/Purchase Order email.
