I had Multiple problems with activating it when I purchased the upgrade. I received the download and the key but could not access my account and when I did eventually there was no record of my purchase and no way to update the version if needed. After multiple online requests for help, Sean Drohan was able to help and sort out the issue, thank you, Sean. The automated help online needs help itself, especially in the area of email verification.

Thanks Basj, I did all this several days ago to no avail. I did hear from Sean Drohan this morning and he has merged accounts. The strange thing is I can access my account on my laptop but not on my PC. Cheers, Mick.
I have been a long time user of Start menu and just last week purchased V2 with 5 installs. The email address I used for my order was different to my normal account email address. I received the download link and key, installed the upgrade on my PC and it is working OK. My problem is that my purchase does not show up in accounts (I am typing this on my laptop and can access my account on it). On my PC I tried to login, the procedure says an email verification wil
Thanks, Basj, I sent a ticket as advised, just waiting to hear back from support. Mick.
I purchased V2 two days ago and do not see the order in my account. I have an email confirming the purchase and the license key.
I don't see a 2.01 beta when I go to downloads is the beta download actually the latest and not 1.47?
How do I get the tabbed look as shown on Start 11 website?
Installed the latest ver 1.4.0.2 and with the enhanced taskbar turned on the start menu is slow to open for several seconds and the new search feature on the taskbar is delayed also. When I turn off the enhanced taskbar the above features work as they should. Win 11 pro 22H2 Build 22621.1344 I am also running WBlinds 11.
Brad's remedy worked for me too, I downloaded the new win update earlier today and the system tray disappeared. I thought maybe it was a conflict with WindowBlinds 11 so turned that off and the system tray reappeared. I downloaded the earlier remedy which had no effect when using WBlinds. After downloading Brad's update and using WindowBlinds again everything is tickety-boo, so thanks for the quick fix, Brad. I am using Win 11 pro-22H2 Build 22621.1344 and all see
Just wanted to give positive feedback, I have used Start menus for several years including the latest Start 11 Ver 1.28 with the latest Win 22H2 update, and as always I have not had any issues. I don't use anything fancy or exotic on my PC, just a regular PC user and have been content with the way the software works. Hats off to the developers.
Well, I think I found the answer myself; I believe either my Norton App or Dell App (I have a Dell PC,) must have cleared document history, which removed it from the start menu, silly me, anyway since opening other documents since then they appear in Start 11, win 11 style, so here is to hoping that was it[e digicons]O:)[/e]
I forgot to mention that I am using the win 11 style.
Downloaded the Beta 1.18 and all was working well yesterday and earlier today, and then the Start menu now opens without recent docs etc. I am running Win 11 pro latest version. The setting for showing recent documents is selected on, to no avail. I uninstalled the Start menu, and reinstalled ver 1.17, still no recent documents. The program apps are showing as I sorted them in groups so that is still working. that is fine. I downloaded the version 1.18 but the problem remain
