heh heh, Thanks guys. "Stay away from the magnets" good thing you told me! I was thinking how useful it would have been when I took my laptop apart the other week! I have never used an AMD. I'm a Dell boy (which is funny if you know "Only Fools and Horses". I had a Gateway a few years back and I felt they gave me a raw deal. If you are in the States or the UK you should check out the Outlet store options (States) or Refurbished comps (UK) section on the websites. Happy Hunting!

I was going to suggest the same thing with the msconfig. I did a complete reinstall a few weeks ago and checked the msconfig start up tab. Windows only sets three things in there (XP). after I install something I check the tab and see what has changed. Maybe we can go through them if you don't have any luck (and xp) God bless.

I just knocked a packet of spaghetti all over the floor while making a cup of coffee and decided to eat one while clearing up (Two second rule, right). I remember it being a lot more fun to eat raw spag when I was younger but I found it not all that exciting.
