Thanks, I've tried every step possible, even trying every email address I've ever owned and it tells me none are tied to my Activation number. I've looked into trying a ticket but it's telling me they're ONLY supplying email support for certain problems and this doesn't fall into any of them. I can try for a refund though and that's what I'll do.

I purchased Start 11 directly from Stardock last week and it installed and activated correctly. This past weekend I had problems with Windows 11 and had to uninstall Start 11 to make sure it wasn't causing my problems. This week when I try to install it I get the message that the Activation Code doesn't match my email address. It's the only email I've ever used on Stardock and what I log in with. I can view the order and verified the Activation code in Order History but I can't log in with th
