For a few weeks now I've been having a problem with Start11. From a user point of view "Start11 does not load" i.e. often (but not always) I reboot my PC and all I see is the regular windows 11 start menu/task bar. Diving in a little deeper, I can see a couple of other things that may be of interest to help troubleshoot.
