When I installed Fences 6, the option "Double click Fences titlebar to toggle roll-up" was not selected. The first three options under Rollup settings were selected. The last two were not. I only discovered this when it was pointed out to me. The existing Fences from Fences 3 were all preserved on the desktop and I just started clicking the titlebars in an attempt to roll them up since I had read about Fences 6 features before upgrading. For Fences, you also need to turn on this option. Yes, thanks. I was assuming, incorrectly, that double-click rollup was default behavior and had not fully explored the options.

Settings -> Preferences -> Launching Opus -> From the Desktop lets the double click launching of Directory Opus from a blank space in the desktop be disabled. I still cannot double click in the Fences group title bar to roll up the group but I could do it from the group menu. Hovering over the title bar expands the group, but, double clicking does not roll it up. This is a minor issue now as I have been able to collapse the desired groups.

I recently upgraded to Fences 6 from Fences 3. If I double click a title bar in Fences to rollup a Fences group into the title bar, it instead opens my third-party Windows File Explorer replacement, Directory Opus. I suspected this may be caused by Directory Opus (version 13.20) therefore, I exited Directory Opus so it was no longer running.
