Right-click on the desktop, select View, select Lock Fences.

What are you expecting to happen? Is the secondary icon on the grid lit up? When you move the mouse off the geid and to the edge of the screen...and then further as if you were pushing to the secondary, what happens?

At the moment, the Fences configuration is English only.

Aero lite ( http://www.askvg.com/how-to-enable-hidden-aero-lite-theme-in-windows-8-rtm/ ) was removed for Windows RTM. Support for it should not be expected. :)
