So what I worked out that intermittent dropouts would happen or sometimes the computers wouldn't detect at all if I didn't add the machines by IP instead of name via the network scan. This didn't fix my OP issue though, as it still won't display the actual screens and hasn't done so correctly via the KMS screen since 4. beta. From memory someone had said it was working, but I couldn't replicate this across 4 computers, all running Win 11 24h2. The KVM sidebar displays all monitors fine but in

This hasn't worked for me. It's still producing the same issue. I'll post some images below. This was from beta 3 when working: This is from latest beta after running purge on all systems and reinstalling with just one computer to test. <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/14/53/1453832/3ecf14f5-bfc2-44a9-aa04-9e9a8c23b9ea.png" alt="

Thanks, I followed this, uninstalled all computers, ran the purge tool as Admin on all machines, reinstalled and this time only added 1 machine and already it is doing the same thing. It won't show the computer unless the option is unticked. Here is a screen to show that I've only added one computer. What's interesting is everything worked fine only 2 updates ago. The screen I took above was from 4 beta 3 when it was working. This is what I'm getting now below. <img
What exact cpu does the primary computer have?
Ryzen 5700X3D I thought I would mention, the screenshots that I posted above when this was all working fine were from the exact same processor and system config. This has only changed in the last update, possibly 2 updates.

It sounds like that file was not replaced on the primary correctly.
Computer downstairs which is secondary says 4.0.1.1 I'll check the primary computer soon as I go
Can you confirm MultiplcityConfig.exe is 4.0.1.1?
Yep. Checked all 4 computers and they're all running 4.0.1.1. I double checked to be certain. They all connect fine but the button has to be ticked. Also they don't show the previews as mentioned above. Let me know if you need me to do/ test anything, I'm always happy to help if needed. Thanks again.

No luck. I installed on all 4 other PC's however when only show powered is unticked they all disappear. All the computers are connecting now. It turned out the last 2 needed to be connected via IP. Still having issues with the above. The last part is just fixing the connections window so we can see the previews on the screen like the side bar like it was before. :D I appreciate all the help.
Hello again, We've addressed the preview window when that "Only show computers which are powered on" button is selected. For the fix, you can find it in the recent beta release of the program. We encourage you to give it a try and let us know what you think. I have left a screen below after I imaged back to last month. This is how this screen looked previously and was always working this way. I would simply press the hotkey set to + and bam there were my computers. So was this just a glitch the whole time that it was working this way? If so couldn't you implement this because it's much better than using the sidebar in my opinion. :) <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/14/53/1453832/0e91e2a2-7bd3-4a4f-bd52-cbda98b18064.jpg" alt="" wid
It looks like you are assuming that 'Launch KVM connection screen' is what you would use to launch an already configured KVM connection - it is not. That option is for ad-hoc connecting to something that is not already configured - a one time connection for example. If that is what you were doing, double-clicking the configured connection does work to open the connection, yes? Sean Drohan Stardock Product

Hey all, I'm having this issue with the KVM window. After adding the computers, they show fine within the program and also they show on the sidebar, but they won't show in the main KVM window. I've tried numerous versions of 4 including the newest one. I am on Win 11 and did have this working fine previously on the same computer before I had to reinstall. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :) <img src="https://cdn.stardock.us/forums/14/53/1453832/32283a83-bc9c-42dd-a663

Hello again, So I reinstalled the program, this time the symptom is different. I deleted all the folders, ran the program and only added one computer, which is the one without the razer mouse, my computer connects fine and mouse moves fine around the screen, however i can't interact with anything on the screen. This was the same as before however last time the mouse moved very sluggish and couldn't click on anything. I'm not sure if that helps. :) Update: Everything works
So if you use the physical mouse on the remote computer when connected by KVM you can drag a window around and see no lag in the KVM window?
Exactly, when i drag a window around with the physical mouse it is perfect and no delay when viewing on th KVM screen, but as soon as i try to control it with the primary mouse on same screen, it is terrible lag and i can't click on anything, regardless of firewall or razer sof

Hi there and thanks for the quick response. Yes using public beta 2 from download on all machines. All computers are x64. 2 computers have no razer mice, and of those 2 one is wireless and turned off. The other uses a standard wired mouse. All systems are on 24H2. The one computer that uses Razer (i have 3 not including main) I lowered to the lowest polling but the issue is still there. I did have success running Multiplicity 3.6 when I tested it a while back but only done the tria

Hi all, I've been trying to trouble shoot this for hours and been through countless threads. My issue is that my primary computer when displaying any other computer via KVM is lagging terribly. When Iuse the physical mouse on the 2nd computer, I can see that there is no lag, but once i use the mouse from primary it lags. I've turned off the firewall (both computers), uninstalled razer mouse software. At one point I switched mice (with another razer mouse) and it started to work, bu
