This I know, but SDC is showing WB 6. So, I'm sort of at a loss.

I am having the same issue. I've uninstalled, rebooted, and re-installed using SDC. This happened when I moved from WB5 to WB 6.WindowBlinds version : WindowBlinds 5.5 (build 94 x86) WindowBlinds is installed correctly on this PC WindowBlinds appears to be activated on this PC Your machine supports per pixel borders on WindowBlinds skins.
