I bought windowblinds 5 and it plainly doesn't work. I installed it and when i try and start it, it simply doesn't start. Nothing happens. I've tried everything I know about. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it many times. i tried to delete the Windowblinds directory after uninstalling it, but these two files, sig and sig.bin won't delete because "some program is currently using it." I have no idea what could mean cause there is no obvious program using either file. <br/
