I'm hoping someone can help me (I've circled the support site several times and I think this is the right place). I recently purchased an upgrade to my Start 11 5-pack license. I installed everything on the first machine and everything is working great. When I went to set up the second machine, it will not take my license key (and email.. both are correct). I tried logging in. I don't have an offline file, so I had to select a 30 day license, BUT I would like to use the another licens

FWIW, I am a new user (as of today.. I absolutely HATE the new start menu, and wanted to get some of what I had back with Windows 10). The one annoying thing I see is that I am on a Surface Laptop and I am addicted to using two finger scrolling. This does not work in Start 11.. I have to actually click the little scrollbar to scroll. It's an annoyance, but for the moment I have just about everything on one screen. Thanks for this wonderful product! Jay
