Activation issue after purchasing Start 11 V2 5pack upgrade
I'm hoping someone can help me (I've circled the support site several times and I think this is the right place).
I recently purchased an upgrade to my Start 11 5-pack license. I installed everything on the first machine and everything is working great. When I went to set up the second machine, it will not take my license key (and email.. both are correct). I tried logging in. I don't have an offline file, so I had to select a 30 day license, BUT I would like to use the another license from the 5-pack that I own.
