I ended up doing a reinstall, as when I first installed it, some of the apps seem to hang/freeze during install, and all seems ok now!!.. thansk!

I will try to do a bit more investigation tonight, and post some more useful info... When I refer to OD, I generally mean Object Desktop - I have the core apps installed, IP, WB, WFX - all of which I seem to have some issue with... Im not convinced its anything to do with my setup, hardware or otherwise, as Ive had many months of trouble free pc'ing until this isntall. Since installing OD, my desktop has become very unstable, performance is appauling, and Im forced to constantly reboot my pc, which is a very rare thing!!! Im using a clean install of XP SP3, all updates, latest drivers on an i7 920, 6gb ram (multiboot W7), 4890gfx, so dont expect my hardware to be the source of any issues...
