Stardock will be closed for the week starting on Monday, June 29th and we will be returning on Monday, July 6th. We will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.
I submitted a ticket on April 02 which was acknowledged by Alan Cole on April 05 - and since then a deafening silence!! Nothing, nada!! ... and the problem still exists!! This seems to prove the point i was making with my comments dated April 01. Anyhow, my ObjectDesktop subscription will be expiring soon so maybe then I will stop being reminded to 'update' to an inferior version?
Here we are 2 weeks later and Stardock have not even bothered replying to the issue and ObjectDesktop is still trying to pursuade me to 'update' to v3.42 (again)!! I suspect they are just too busy trying to make money to bother with little things like customer support and a functional update system! @drak41: Did you try doing a complete de-install of the 3.42 version, rebooting and then installing the Edgerunner 3.41 version? I have been using Multiplicity 3 KVM Pro 3.41 (Edgerunner) for quite a while without any problems until ObjectDesktop recently informed me that there was an update to version 3.42... Assuming that ObjectDesktop knew what it was talking about I installed this update - only to discover that I had in fact now DOWNGRADED to Multiplicity 3 KM 3.42 and had lost the KVM functionality. As it now seems apparent that the Stardock and Edgerunner versions are NOT the same thing (the serial number
