I submitted a ticket on April 02 which was acknowledged by Alan Cole on April 05 - and since then a deafening silence!! Nothing, nada!! ... and the problem still exists!! This seems to prove the point i was making with my comments dated April 01. Anyhow, my ObjectDesktop subscription will be expiring soon so maybe then I will stop being reminded to 'update' to an inferior version?

Here we are 2 weeks later and Stardock have not even bothered replying to the issue and ObjectDesktop is still trying to pursuade me to 'update' to v3.42 (again)!! I suspect they are just too busy trying to make money to bother with little things like customer support and a functional update system! @drak41: Did you try doing a complete de-install of the 3.42 version, rebooting and then installing the Edgerunner 3.41 version? I have been using Multiplicity 3 KVM Pro 3.41 (Edgerunner) for quite a while without any problems until ObjectDesktop recently informed me that there was an update to version 3.42... Assuming that ObjectDesktop knew what it was talking about I installed this update - only to discover that I had in fact now DOWNGRADED to Multiplicity 3 KM 3.42 and had lost the KVM functionality.
