You were totally right. I really thought I turned file-on demand off but mistook another setting in backup for it. Plus they kind of buried it (right click -> more options....) Thanks so much! monkeynugget

Hi. I recently reset Windows, and on my new install, DeskScapes is having bizarre behavior (it's always worked fine for me). When I reboot, it just shows a white background on two of my three monitors. DeskScapes, however, still thinks and shows that the background is set correctly. I have to "disable" DeskScapes and then pick a wallpaper again. This is where OneDrive comes in. When I pick a wallpaper, OneDrive seems to be sending and receiving files. Another interesting thing is that all my
well i feel silly since my gaming keyboard let me override it, i didn't need start11 but maybe you could add that for others who don't have a fancy keyboard. thank you for your quick response and great software, btw!
So I'm trying to force myself to use a launcher (flow launcher for now) and want to disable the windows key for now but start11 doesn't have "do nothing" on the list for actions when i press the windows key Any way I can do this? monkeynugget
Hi, I was wondering if I'm missing a setting similar to the opacity setting similar to how displayfusion does it on secondary monitors. i really like having the taskbar be almost invisible which displayfusion does: Anyway to do this with start11? the opacity setting in start11 appears to be just for the background, not
Hi, I was wondering if you could make it so if I have a fence rolled up on screen somewhere on the edge, could you add a setting so it brings the window to front automatically when it rolls out? now i have to mouse over and then win-space to see the fence if i have stuff open. I could just be doing it wrong too, I guess. Thanks!
I uninstalled 2.55 and rebooted and installed the 2.56 beta and it seems resolved. Thanks
I am getting weird crashes with Start11 2.55 and Windows 11 25H2. After a random amount of time, the windows key on the keyboard stops working. not too long after that, explorer will crash hard (Application Hang - The program explorer.exe version 10.0.26100.6725 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel) I'm not having any issues with St
That is EXACTLY what I mean, thank you. Jeff
Hi, I love this program but one thing I can't figure out how to do is when I have a window "rolled up" and highlight it they "move up" I want them to unroll but leave the labels where they are (in this case, docked to the top of the taskbar at the bottom of the screen). it's just really hard to switch tabs when you highlight it and then all the tabs "move". Thanks!
Yeah, unfortunately, I have to agree with you. Honestly, if I weren’t a gamer, I’d have been running Linux for the past 25 years. Dual booting is a hassle, and while Linux gaming has come a long way, there’s still a noticeable performance hit—especially frustrating when you’ve spent good money chasing that last 10–15% of performance from a high-end GPU or CPU. &nb
Hello, I've been a nerd a long time so I've been familiar with you guys forever. To be honest I miss litestep Anyway right now I really like your suite of software for what i need, especially since shell modifications seem to be dying thing. I'm writing this to say I am considering purchasing a yearly license of Object Desktop, but it really rubs me the wrong way. I'm an open-source kind of guy, but I'm willing to pay for good software. I appreciat
