Opacity similar to DisplayFusion for taskbar

Hi, 

I was wondering if I'm missing a setting similar to the opacity setting similar to how displayfusion does it on secondary monitors.  i really like having the taskbar be almost invisible which displayfusion does:

 

Anyway to do this with start11?  the opacity setting in start11 appears to be just for the background, not the actualy taskbar elements
