Pitchers & catchers to report Feb 16th

Is anybody watching the SuperBowl? It's the Sea hawks vs some team. Maybe the game is on right now...

The important stuff:
Pitchers & catchers begin reporting for Spring Training on Feb 16th. Other players go in starting Feb 21st.

Maybe it's too early, but I'm interested in any changes in your team that you consider important. Feel free to post your thoughts on other teams & opinions on the 2006 MLB season.

Most important: OPENING DAY -- APRIL 3, 2006

We've lost the Babe, Carleton Fisk, Roger Clemens, Nomar Garciaparra, and now Manny and Johnny Damon. Nowhere to go but down.

The Babe, Carleton Fisk, Roger Clemens & Nomar Garciaparra won't make a big difference compared with last year. Manny & Johnny Damon, on the other hand...

Could it read No Winning???

Yeah, its about time for the over paid players to start again.  I want 10 million to hit 1/4 baseballs or have an era of 4.5 for my 10 million.

Our skewed economic system is absurd in enough ways to ruin just about anything. What better way is there to blow it off than by sitting in the ballpark at sunset with a glove on one hand and a cold one in the other?

Well, allow me to be the first to say that my favorite team "The World Champion Chicago White Sox" will NOT repeat in winning the championship. It is too slight of a chance in sports these days. They picked up Thome and got rid of the Big Skirt, but it will not be enough.

My prediction?

Steinbrenner's millions (or is it billions) will finally allow him to put the dreaded Yankees at the head of the class.
No, I reneg. I dislike them tooooo much.

Boston will play team ball and win it all this year.

Sox haven't pawned off Manny yet and Theo is back. There is still hope. Until Madonna comes to town that is.
