Playing the Meta

When playing the Meta will you be able to u/l games that have been played at a later date as in GC I. I only ask because I spend alot of time at sea and can not plug my laptop into the ships network.

GC2 also makes an endgame save like GC1 did, so you can jusy copy the endgamesave to a separate file, then load all of your stored endgame saves back up and submit them later.

Unfortunately though it seems you have to be online to start a new metaverse game, so you'll want to stock up on "new game" saves (start a new game then save it without doing anything, repeat until you think you have enough meta games stocked up) before shipping out.

Ahh. Thanks DK. I was wondering how to do that. I noticed when I unplugged from the net I could not start a game. Could one of the staff tell me if this is the plan (to have to have internet capability to start a game) for the final release. Or might there be some other way I can go about this process.
