Dual Monitor : no icons on second monitor

Hello everyone,

I've been using Fences for quite some time now, but since today I'm having a problem. I've always been using Fences on dual monitor and never had any issue, but since today, my Fences on the second monitor were just empty.

I tried a few thing :

- Dragging an icon from monitor #1 to monitor #2, the icon disappears
- Dragging a fence full with icons from monitor #1 to monitor #2, the fence is empty
- Dragging the fence back to monitor #1, the fence is full again
- Putting the mouse cursor on where the icons are supposed to be on monitor #2 shows the tooltip of the icons, so basically the icon is there, but it just doesn't appear

I tried to restore a previous save, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Fences, I even reset everything, but the problem is still there

Sorry to hear you’re experiencing issues. There is a known problem that closely matches what you’ve described, but it is linked to Start11 v2. Could you confirm if Start11 v2 is installed on your system?

If so, please try the following steps:

  1. Uninstall Start11 v2.

  2. Reboot your system immediately (this step is important).

  3. Download Start11 v2.72 Beta from your account product download page: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

  4. Install it, then reboot immediately again.

  5. Retest the issue and let us know the results.

If the issue still appears, we’ll need your full Windows 10 or 11 version and OS Build number. You can obtain this information by running Winver.exe.
