Help Please

Ive been trying to load a new desktop. Ican download them , open them, but when the desktop is loading, it freezes up. Any ideas?? thanks to u all JC

yup i have desktopx installed.. all the desktops i try freeze up. no problems with otherthings tho... wigets, wallpapers, etc. im new at this ,im probably just missing something,

how about the themes that came with desktopx?

how are you downloading and opening?

which browser are you using?

You could try clearing the cache by deleting the complete "DesktopX" and any "IconX" cache folders.

After clearing, try double-clicking the theme file to install.

If it still fails, you may have a script blocking service that is blocking and not alerting you to take action.
