Right well you've got two questions there. The first I don't know the answer to but google it first before coming here I reckon (you get an answer immediately that way). For the second, I believe there is a thread called "Problems installing your skins/themes etc? Answers to problems" or something like that and it's pinned so you'll find it in the forum index. then you can use symetrix with it, for which WC has skins.
