Help adding options to dropdown menus in a skin I just downloaded

I can't seem to figure out how to add an option to the dropdown menus in the skin I just got.
for example: an option called "Everquest 2" that will trigger the EQ2 launcher and start the game added to the "games" dropdown menu.
The skin is Sferikal by Gef if that helps.
