help!! can't change my level

Hi! I just bought the wincustom browser and never used it before but cant seem to get my status to change from citizen to level 5 like it said i would be? i was told to enter my serial i was sent in the customization section and thought i have done this but its still not changing to level 5? anymore suggestions? Thanks

click on the "my account" tab and cross reference your wincustomize account with your stardock account.

There is an issue right now. If it says your level is 4, then thats fine. Its a known bug and will be worked on.
