Backing up Windowblinds question

I have a lot of WB skins on my hard drive. And I like them all, but don't use them that much, so I would like to back them up on a CD. Can I just burn the folders onto a disc and then when I want to use one copy that folder over? Or do I need to repackage it? Thanks.
