Wondering about MFU...

MFU, or the Most Frequently Used Applications, are the shortcuts your start menu has when you use an app a lot. What I'm wondering is how I can put a shortcut to this? I think Objectbar implemented it, but can I use it in Objectdock?

hmmm... isn't that more of a script than a folder? I don't think there is a folder called MFU in WinXP
