Object Dock & mIRC

I don't know if it's just my computer, but ever since I updated to the latest version of OD, the dock no longer appears when mIRC is maximized. ie I can't mouseover the bottom of the screen (where my dock is located) with my mouse and have it appear as it should. (Normal Window Z-ordering with mouse activation.) Instead, it stays behind mIRC and I can't access it.
I've looked to see if there is an option to enable/disable mIRC to be on top of all other windows, but there doesn't seem to be one.

I should also note that if mIRC is maximized, and I switch to another program that is also maximized OD still won't appear. ie if I'm browsing the internet maximized while still having mIRC maximized behind it, I am not able to access OD. I'm sure anyone would probably think, 'well just keep mIRC windowed' but I have around 12 IRC channels running at a single time most of the day, so it's a lot more convenient to have it maximized when chatting

mIRC has a lot of hard-coded stuf in it some of which WB can't control let alone OD, my only suggestion is not to max mIRC (there's no real need to maximize it anyway.

Make sure mIRC doesn't have an "Always on top" setting that is enabled. It could be overriding ObjectDock's setting to always be on top.
