Steam tab/group is empty, how to populate them?

Hi, I'm having this issue since two years now.

Reinstalled Windows on my PC several times. Also tried other PCs, without any success.

 

My Steam tab or group is always empty. Steam is installed and working on my machine. Besides, it used to work until it suddenly stop.

What could be the culript?

Ok, I tried it and now it works! That was actually helpful. Is there a way I can add games shortcuts without having to reinstall them on Steam?

Nevermind, I figured that out. I'll leave this here for future reference:

Simply select all or the games you want from your Steam library (click on the game using the Shift key for multiple selection), then "Manage -> Add desktop shortcuts".

After that, move all the shortcuts from your desktop to:

C:\Users\******\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Steam

(assuming you have the appdata folder on your C: drive)

That's it.
