Fences 4 can't handle 4K monitors with 300% scale

My 4K TV 55" have 300% scale because I can read anything with less scale. This program have a serious bug. This problem doesn't happen on my 1080p monitors

I can not reproduce your issue on my system. Please refer to my video below.

This is on Windows 11 with Fences 5 and I don't see your issue on mine. What I need to know

  1. Any specific steps I need to go through for the issue to appear?
  2. Do you have any other application that might introduce overlay to the desktop area. Some application introduce some sort of Widget/notification on your desktop that might create a conflict with Fences.
  3. Any other details that might help us to understand the issue better.

Ok then you tell me that everything is fine because it works well for you (who works here and sells this product). When you didn't even use the same settings as me. You don't have the same background, you don't have the same letters, you don't have 2 1080p monitors + 1 tv and the problem occurs when I want to bring my main screen to the tv to use the tv as the main screen.

I'm showing you that other people have the same problem. You do the testing wrong and if this company had any dignity you should be fired for doing things wrong.

On the other hand, no, I am not using Fences 5. I refuse to buy another version of the program that already has bugs until I know if it is solved. I'm not going to pay another $30 for incomplete, poorly functioning software. This already happened to me when I bought version 3 and then I had to buy version 4 to see if they had solved it. the program always had problems with multi monitor

I need to touch "refresh" on the windows desktop option and the problem is gone but come back every time I open the fence

That might point to something running in your system is blocking Fences from doing its things. Would like to suggest Cleanboot: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#cleanboot. Try that and report back.
