Skins not working on other laptop

from Stardock Forums

I installed WB on my new laptop and when try to install the skins that I use on my old laptop,
they seem 'empty':



The same thing happens when I try to open these skins in SkinStudio.
Both laptops are on Windows 11.

Windows 11 Professional 23H2 (22621.ni_release.220506-1250)
WindowBlinds 11.02 (017 x64 - Windows 11 Edition) - 64 bit OS

Window titlebar blur features are enabled on this operating system

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, need to know that skin trying to apply. Where can I download it so I can try to reproduce your issue.

Thanks everbody for the quick reactions, I somehow managed to solve the problem;
I applied one of the Stardock skins, restarted the laptop, tried to install my own skins again and this time, it worked fine.
