Text and Appearance Issues Under 1.95

I started a new game this morning under 1.95 and I have noticed some issues with the appearance of the text in the third panel when showing the results of surveying an anomaly. The screen snapshot below is the latest one that caused me to report this issue. In this case the third panel is empty except for the dash at the top center of the third panel.
