The "Ancient Star Map" survey result has a text issue as shown in the screen snapshot below. The last sentence probably needs to have the word "planet" inserted between "valuable" and "relatively".
Below is a screen snapshot showing an item that is contributing -20% to approval, but there is no description of what it is which means players have no idea what to do to fix it.
Were you at war with whatever race that citizen was? I've seen that also, and it was on citizens of core worlds I'd just invaded. I think it's what used to say "You are at war with my race". If that's not the case there may be more than one of them not showing up.

Yes, I am at war with them, so I think you are correct (again!).
I don't think "maxmanufacturing" is a word (Obedience trait under Totalitarianism ideology).
This is also another case where we need a link to show us where this valuable planet is since we have a map 
This message from the Torians does not make any sense. My custom civ is the Stink Lovers and we absorb ammonia. I don't know if this can be blamed on the AI text generation or if this is a human screw-up, but it needs to be fixed.
This is one we've been tracking down for a while, ill bring it back up again
