Below is a screen snapshot showing an item that is contributing -20% to approval, but there is no description of what it is which means players have no idea what to do to fix it.

Were you at war with whatever race that citizen was? I've seen that also, and it was on citizens of core worlds I'd just invaded. I think it's what used to say "You are at war with my race". If that's not the case there may be more than one of them not showing up.
