WindowBlinds 4.20.17 bugs fixed?

Does anyone know if the bugs have been fixed in the current version of WB4.20.17. The one bug in particular I'm referring to is where the areas around the start button and tool tray are sometimes not skinned. I can re-apply the skin and it fixes it for the time I'm online, but when I go offline and come back on that portion of skin is gone again.

I have 4.20.17 and I don't have any problems. the one you are talking about used to happen with .16, but it has yet to happen to me with .17
