Ability to rate skins???

Is there a conflict of information here? The following two links both state that a Level 3 user can "Rate" skins:

https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?cmd=subscription
&
https://www.wincustomize.com/resources.asp?cmd=5

Then the link below states something entirely different:

https://www.wincustomize.com/index.asp?Cmd=about

Which is correct?

' Level 3: Object Desktop / Stardock customer / Elite User. These are users who have either purchased Object Desktop Network or some other Stardock product (Stardock is WinCustomize's sponser), or has Apprentice access or higher due to contributing to the site in other forms (making skins, being an active contributor to the message boards, etc.). These users get all the benefits of a registered user plus the ability to rate skins and can download an unlimited amount of content. '

Perhaps the information needs to be change a little, but in short terms, in addition to the level 3 you must also have a Apprentice status or higher to be able to rate skins. Unless you are noticed by the admins because of your constant positive contribution to the community and are thereby granted the privilege of rating.

A67....yes...some wording really needs to be updated.....I'll have to see if T-Man can give me access to amend those text sections....[at least the spelling will improve.....I might educate the savages into putting the 'u' back into 'colour'... ]

Jafo, while your at it, you might as well fix up the about section. Oh, and leave out the u in color, this savage doesn't want to have to relearn how to spell again. Hard enough the first time.

WOM.....'relearn again' ...the 'again' is redundant...unless this is going to be the second time you relearn, or the third time you learn....

How can you re-learn something you never learned in the first place...

well the french sure don't spell it as color. I think this is only an argument between two types of English: the British kind and the American kind. Lest we forget the southern spelling "culr"

Lest we forget the southern spelling "culr"

Or for that matter the street slang 'colahr'

The Encyclopædia Britannica (That's Encyclopedia to us savages ) lists "colour" as a "Chiefly British variant of color."

I just want to know why they call a windshield a windscreen? I thought screens had holes in them?

I like the way Americans call a car's bonnet a 'hood'....makes sense as this penis-substitute [the car] should have a 'hood' too...
'Colour' is not confined to England....you can include all the Commonwealth as well....and I wouldn't be surprised if that meant more people spell it that way than the Parochial American way...
I think most Americans just object to extra vowels in their words. were just lazy.
You really call a cars hood a Bonnet?

What doesn't make sense is that we put bras on the front of sportscars to protect the hood.

Yeah and the Brits call a lake "the drink"
butt is "bum"
and Dentist is .... ummm .... I don't think they have a word for that.

I was pretty surprised (note: no 'ZEE') when sulphur changed to 'sulfa' and foetus change to 'fetus' in the US.

I think the quote above is justified!

That'd be quaint if it was accompanied by a " "

Without it, however it's a racial slur by implication, and not at all 'clever'.
