Minor Wording Issue

I progressed in my game to the point where I researched the ability to "Aid Research".  However, as you can see below, it says that it can only be used on a planet with a Technological Capital, but I have used it on this planet which does not have a Technological Capital.  You either need to enforce the Technological Capital requirement or change the text.

This may have been hard to test because of how far you have to get into a game before you can build a Technological Capital and then try to Aid Research.  This is also why many of us are on these forums - we enjoy playing the game and reporting bugs so that you can make the game even better.

And a BIG "I second this" from me!  I was a QA manager before entering production work and gaming communities have always been an invaluable testing resource.  Makes me think back to times where those resources weren't available, and it was tough to cover all the bases.
