Start11 Doesn't Have Blueish Background of Windows 11 Mica Material Style

Start11 doesn't have blueish background of Mica material style like the built-in Windows 11 Start Menu background, File Explorer title bar background, and other built-in Windows 11 apps. It looks greyish and a bit ugly even though transparency effect exist.

See the following reference (or the built-in Windows 11 Start Menu background) and just compare it to the Start11 Start Menu default background.

If you mean the start menu then that shouldn't use mica.  The Windows 11 default menu also does not use this.  They both use acrylic transparency.

If you mean the Start11 configuration screen, this was changed in v1.18 to use Mica but you are required to be using a dev/beta release of Windows 11.

OK, I mean this blueish background of Start Menu itself.

Face-to-face comparison of built-in Windows Start Menu vs Start11 Start Menu background colors.

Even though the built-in Windows 11 Start Menu doesn't have Mica material in place, it still looks more blueish (as if as it applies Mica material), which is more pleasing to look, compared to the Start11 Start Menu, which looks more greyish and less pleasing to look.

So does it mean they use different kind of acrylic transparency? But they both simply look different to me.
