Stardock is in the midst of moving WinCustomize to new servers in a new location which has higher bandwidth piped into it.  (Yes, WC is getting more powerful servers *and* more bandwidth).  This will cause some disruptions.  Please contain the issues that you see to this one thread so that we can address them as they happen.  Please be patient during this time as this is not a simple task.

It's been several days now and nothing was working. IE wouldn't even load the site at all. Finally broke down and got WC Broswer. Everything seems to be working with that . Now SDC won't update. A window comes up says there are updates, but the screen where the list should be is blank. And SkinStudio is gone from my Object Desktop list.It's still in the system, it just worries me that it's not listed with everything else. This just started yesterday.
I'm thinking it might be a good idea for me to wait on the BootSkin. It probably will blow up and kill my cats

WC working . SDC had to be reinstalled. Hopfully all will be well with that. One tiny little thing, SkinStudio is gone.Gone without a trace. I have Object Desktop, so it should be there. Does anyone know how to get it back without having to pay for it again? Thanks to anyone who can help

good thing im loading stardock on my new laptop instead ofmy older xp had to re reformat the whole hard drive ill have to think real hrd about commin back here soon what the heck, i'm a glutton for for punishment . just have to keep reminding my self i'mdoin this for the fun of it >

I give up...I can barely access 'THIS' site anymore. Most of the time the graphics won't even fully load and I have to close IE and start over

Somebody call me if WC ever takes care of the problem.

I have an extremely fast cable connection but this is worse that dial-up. Ever since the change to the west coast it's gone to hell...

I have noticed a few glitches once in a while lately. If I just wait a while I usually can get on later. I am just thankful that this site is here. You make my day, Wincustomize!!

I must be lucky, but...

The only time I have had any issue with site access is when there is an actual snafu with the service, server which has not been that many times. I don't know if any o fyou know anything about or have access to a visual trace-route..

But you can run it fomr a cmd prompt to the wincustomize web site and it *will* show you where the path is screwing up and taking so much time to hop....
