Site issues

Stardock is in the midst of moving WinCustomize to new servers in a new location which has higher bandwidth piped into it.  (Yes, WC is getting more powerful servers *and* more bandwidth).  This will cause some disruptions.  Please contain the issues that you see to this one thread so that we can address them as they happen.  Please be patient during this time as this is not a simple task.

for windows blinds pre views most of them are up and working and most of them are just red x's and when u click on them to enlarge them there still red x's

I was about to post about the same very issue.
I can only see a red X in most of the files.

till the daybefore i was on level 3, todays i m on level 2...
i guess that its a bug (& not as though i was demoted)...!!!

There was a bug that put some people at a level 3 when they should have been at a level 2.  If you have not purchased a product, you should be at a level two.

Do not know if this belongs here but yesterday, the message window had a white background with blace text. Today it has a colored background! Pretty kewl, but is this part of what is going on with Wincustomize, or am I seeing things!

Do not know if this belongs here but yesterday, the message window had a white background with blace text. Today it has a colored background! Pretty kewl, but is this part of what is going on with Wincustomize, or am I seeing things!

Not been around long?   The "default" changes.  You can choose a "skin" yourself in the themes area in the "options" on the left side if you don't like the "default" that is chosen.

I visit WC all the time, and from 1 moment to another the design is diffrend. Need to get used to it so I think I will just switch back to the 'normal' () white/yellow/green layout.

I had two wallpapers waiting approval, but now they have just disappeared from "my skins." No email and the wallpapers arent posted. Is this trouble part of the move? Thanks

I cant seem to download windowblinds skins, every time i download them, it causes an error and has to send an error report so i dont get them. Is this an issue with the site changing, or is it my fault? They were working before. thanx.
