Start Menu 11 doesn't work

Just updated to Windows 11 today.  Start11 does not work.  It installs fine and shows that its enabled but when I click start button its not the Start11 one but the existing one.

I am running Windows 11 Enterprise if that is a problem.

After the install, did you reboot...?

If so, does an uninstall \ reinstall of .55 work?

One more pic to show that it is associated with start button.  If I press win button it works, just not the start button

Also did try to uninstall and reinstall, no luck.

Did you reboot after the new install ?

If you install the just-released RC1, do you still have issues?

So the reinstall and running the clean batch allows tool to run but its erratic.  See screen shot. After playing a game of Diablo 2 resurrected the start menu is way over to the right and really not centered, I notice it consistently ends up in the position in the screen shot.  Another note I use fancy zones, but disabled this and it still appears way over to the right.

I restarted explorer and it improved.  I don't know if this the below screen shot is how it should look though?
