Start11 Works Once

Reverts To Win10

I had the beta version installed and it was working great.  Got an email last week to update the beta, so I did.  Worked great!

Got the email today to download the latest release.

Installed it, configuration screen came up I picked the choices I wanted and restarted.

Start11 worked correctly 1 time only, then reverted to Win10 menu. Restarted again, worked 1 time, then reverted again.

Uninstalled the product, deleted the registry keys, all the Stardock folders.

Rebooted.  Reinstalled the product.  Registered the product. Set the choices.  Restarted.

Start11 worked correctly 1 time and then reverted to Win10 menu.

OS Build 21996.1

Run the purge from here:

https://forums.stardock.com/486022/start10-support-faq#reinstalling

After reboot, install the latest version from the email or your account:

https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products

After activation, try again.  If it fails, go here:

C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Start11  (<--note that is ProgramData not ProgramFiles(x86)

You should have a License.sig.

If you do not, let us know.
