Object Desktop indicates I already have the newest version

Window FX update window keeps popping up even though Object Desktop says I have the most current version. I have tried downloading and installing from the pop window numerous times and it keeps popping up. Why is this happening if I already have the newest version?

I am sorry if I was not clear. It is not asking for an activation. The window that pops up is saying an update is available. If I update, the window still comes up. Separate from this, if I check using Windows FX (yes, before the update pop up window is closed), FX tells me I am using the most current version, i.e., no update is necessary.
I'm sorry, I misunderstood it. First, please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/485903/windowfx-support-faq#reinstalling. Just make sure to re-download the latest version from your account. Reboot after the purged. Reinstall, and Reboot again after the installation. Retest it. Report back here.

The issue seems to be fixed. I am not sure how often the pop up window was appearing, but it has been a week and no sign of it. If it shows up again, I will reopen this, but otherwise this inquiry can be closed.
