Folder Portal Recently Disappearing on PC Reboot

I've had a weird issue happening lately where one of the two folder portals is disappearing every time I reboot my PC.  I can recreate it, and it remembers all the settings of the ports instead of having me reset my viewing preferences.  I save the snapshot, and if I restore a snapshot where the portal appears with the portal already on the desktop, the one specific portal will disappear.

Is there a config file I can delete so that it can be recreated or some other way to flush whatever error might be causing this odd behavior?  This is on an updated Win10 system with, according to fences, an up-to-date version of the program installed.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know more on your system.

  • Your Windows version numbers, please use Winver.exe to get Windows full version numbers.
  • Fences versions.
  • That disappearing Portal Fences is link to local or Network location?

Thanks

Certainly.  Thank you:

Windows: 20H2 (OS Build 19042.1052)

Fences: 3.0.9.11

Networked location?  Yes.  But it sits on my desktop right next to another folder portal to a subdirectory within the same directory as this one (and the other one does not disappear).  Until this "event" started happening (the last couple of months), I've had this setup on my desktop in this exact configuration for as long as I've known about folder portals -- so maybe 3-5 years?
