After re-install windows i setup everything again. But expect Fences keep show "failed to authenticate fences with steam". I tried everything i found on internet but nothing work. Please help.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/486084/fences-support-faq#reinstalling Make sure to follow the steps for Steams only. Try those and report back here.

I tried few times for Steam but still not working. I switched SSD from laptop to my new PC it still working as normal but after re-install fresh windows from Microsoft the software didnt active again.

Its still not work for me, do i need to port forwarding to activate.api.stardock.net:443? I tried to connect it with browser and the page says "This page didnt working. The page didn't send any data."
No page will show - it is only for activation.
Something is blocking your PC from accessing it.
