Using Touchscreen to Scroll through a Folder Portal

I'm using Fences 3.0.9.11 on a laptop with a touchscreen running Windows 10 Home version 1909 (OS Build 18363.1016). In Windows Explorer, I can use my touchscreen to scroll through a folder horizontally. But I can't do that in a Fences Folder Portal that I've set up.

This only happens when I "View" my icons as a "List" or "List (Large)." All the vertical sorting options ("Large," "Medium," "Details," etc.) allow scrolling through the touchscreen. Is this a bug?

I've seen one other post about issues with scrolling using a touchpad, but this is about a touchscreen.
