Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I've tried on my Win10 v1903 Build 18362.267Start10 still launch UA applications as normal. Please try rebooting again and retest. If it still fail please try the purge and reinstall Start10 steps : https://forums.stardock.com/486022/start10-support-faq#reinstalling

Make sure to re-download the latest version from your account, reboot after the installation, retest and report back here.

Thanks

It does still work for us:

You may want to see if uninstalling the update solves it.

End of masterbas's quote

Because the install itself may have failed in some way and a reinstall may not (fail). It's support 101 - eliminate possibilities.

Do let us know how it works out for you please.

For any UWP app that will not run from Start10, what is the target?  For example, this is the target for Calculator:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start10\Launch.exe" /Microsoft.WindowsCalculator_8wekyb3d8bbwe!App

Is yours the same?

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start10\Launch.exe" /Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe!MicrosoftEdge

I don't have calculator app so here is the one for edge

I got the same thing as yours : For Edge

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Stardock\Start10\Launch.exe" /Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe!MicrosoftEdge

BTW, when you click on it, is there any error message come up? or just nothing?

Would like to suggest try the following:

-For Win8/10 Users: Open the Start Screen, and type 'cmd'. Right-click on the search result and select 'Run as administrator' from below.

-Type: sfc /scannow

-Wait for the scan to complete (this can take several minutes)

Some help on how this looks should you need it:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929833/use-the-system-file-checker-tool-to-repair-missing-or-corrupted-system

If the SFC finds errors, but cannot fix them, please also run the following command in the same command prompt window:

dism.exe /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Some help on how this looks should you need it:

The above command should assist with replacing any damaged or problematic system files. Please note, however, since it may require restoring certain files, this process can take some time and you will need to be patient until it has completed.

Please let me know whether this resolves your problem or if you have any additional questions.

Well, its a suggestion, since from my system and from Sean's it look like both are testing on same windows updates without any issues. So your problem is strange for me.

and from your respond in reply 11 and 13. We know that we are having the same target and it also show me that the target in your computer is correct. Since if the target is wrong there should be an error pop-up, stating its trying to open a wrong target? no?

I have nothing else to suggest, hope Sean have something else, when he come in later today.

Thank you,
