MULTIPLICITY will not connect to each laptop yet shows ICON IN SYSTEM TRAY

I Have read that link before you mentioned it and I have reread it and have turned off firewalls on both machines and rebooted the Router as well as both Laptops. and reinstalled the software again. The 2nd laptop is next to the primary so i can watch both.
Still in the (THIS COMPUTER) system tray the icon shows "DISCONNECTED".
Barely have 3 hrs in the work day to get this resolved.

It will continue to say just that, 'Disconnected' if it, the Primary, is not connected to a Secondary.
This is almost certainly not an issue with the product (it never is), rather, it is a firewall / networking issue for certain.
Some basic questions, please answer them all:
