Reduced 54%
Original 1096 x 622

Is the dream a video dream as if it is a MPEG2 one then the message applies.  Just assume Windows 10 comes with all the disadvantages of Windows 8.

The message should only show when the OS indicates a lack of support for playing that particular file.

Spoke too soon, I'm afraid my desktop icons are locked and cannot be moved.  The only way to fix this currently is to log out and log in after starting up my computer.  It's an old issue that I've dealt with before with previous builds.

If you own Deskscapes it should be downloadable from your MyDownloads section on the Stardock store.  Use the first link (Stardock account page) rather than the second one in the post.

I don't have DeskScapes, is there any chance of getting this beta build for test purpose only? PM me?

I have lost the ability to double-click on a dream to install or even select Open with...  Now I have to use the configuration program which is super slow scrolling through to find a dream to load.

I just paid for Deskscapes.. but the only download I have under my account is for version 8.21.. I can't even install 8.21 because i'm already running Windows 10 and it says 8.21 doesn't meet the minimum requirements for installation.

And since I can't install 8.21.. it doesn't show up under My Downloads

Is there a direct link to the new beta that works under Windows 10

The system w10 work perfectly! There are the problems with a passage from Dreams at themes of windows. In this case the icons are locked! This problem also occurred with the previous Relise software

Installed the beta.  Promptly uninstalled it once I saw I could not move my desktop icons at all.

Nothing else is running; just Deskscapes.  Sounds to me like this is a bug that needs fixing.  Thanks.

I too have seen the icons not movable on the desktop bug.  But it goes away after a minute or three.  Very strange.  I assume it is locking up explorer.exe on some level, but that this eventually passes.

I purchased Deskscapes today and as advised clicked on the first link to download the Beta for Windows Ten. The Beta Software is nowhere to be found in My Account. Please advise

It should show up on your My Downloads like this:

Please note! It will only show up there after you've registered the software.

Is no one else having the problem of being unable to launch a dream by double-clicking on it?

Double clicking in the UI or in explorer?
