And that's exactly the problem. You can't install the regular version under Windows 10. And you don't see the Beta download UNTIL you install the software.

Once you've registered it, you should see the Beta pop into the My Downloads page.

you can register your serial number here: https://www.stardock.com/accounts/register and the new beta should show up under My Downloads on your account.
