Update 1.4 should include current bug fixes

I did not check out 1.3 yet as I stopped playing out of frustration.  Maybe some bugs were already fixed in 1.3.

-During battle, ships remind me of a fish swimming around bumping into each other without any logical purpose.

-Weapons effect for all weapon type is almost the same.

-Ideology has bugs, for example, good ideology should give you 150 research points when you choose that perk, (last row) it does not.  Evil ideology perk which supposed to take 25% of hit point from your enemy actually takes that from you.

-No galactic news when some race builds one of the kind monument.

-When you go to research and you have more that 1000 points, the word research overlaps with number of research points make it hard to see how much points do you have.

-I don't know if I missed something but few times during the game uninhabitable planets suddenly became class 25 planets.

-You can't tell a race to remove ships or star bases from your territory.

-Invasion screen is so simple that it's sad.

There were few more bugs I found, just can't remember them now.  Guys at Stardock should focus more at fixing all bugs and polishing the game first before releasing any DLC's.  Just my few cents :).

Think I can answer at least these three,

1st one sounds like the land rush mega event where uninhabitable worlds become habitable.

2nd one I think was mentioned as going into 1.4

last one yes, very simple right now though think there was mentioned that will be worked on but won't be for 1.4

Except DLC's can fund more engineering time to fix bugs.

most of your complainants aren't bugs  1,2,4,7,8  valid gripes being worked.  Don't why any of these would cause you to stop playing though.

So far, all updates have included bug fixes.  So, credit where credit is due and all.

Yes, there are still persistent bugs and the dev team is working on them.

Believe me, nobody wants the software to be bug free more than the author/authors.  As a programmer/manager, I have to remind my co-managers of that every now and then.  Sometimes, you have to pick the priorities and concentrate on them.

The only bugs I see in your list are the ideology ones (#3).  I'm familiar with the malevolent hit points problem, but not the benevolent tech points one.  Yes, these would be rather simple math issues and should be low hanging fruit if they haven't already been fixed.

The others on the list are more polish than bugs. To be honest, they're insignificant to gameplay.  I'm sure they'll be looked at (if need be) after the priorities are addressed.

In all honesty right now, GC2 is more fun to play than GC3.  So I will wait until at least update 1.6 before returning to GC3.

Pawel, I completely disagree with you on the GCII vrs GCIII.

On this one i'm sure this has been said a ton but i agree with OP on the above. Especially end game weapon effects are just a different color of tier 1 weapon effects for the most part which is very disappointing. At least make the end game ultimate weapons unique and cool. Heck id even pay the 4.99 DLC for a revamp of weapon effects to be something that belongs in a 2015 game. Also i do agree that something has changed on how/where ships start and act. I noticed the "fish" issue wayy more recently than i did in early beta. I also feel like sometimes starting positions are not consistent from fight to fight so all the ships end up pretty much on top of eachother almost instantly.
