What's your Nick?

What's your Nick?

Alright, I've gotten quite a few people ask me why are you calling yourself Green_Armani. The answer is that I'm a Marine and being far from a corporate environment my old commanding officer would give us a pep talk at our weekly formations. He would talk about this and that, and he would always say "It's not easy to come to work and put on this green armani suit" The thing is, he wasn't talking about an expensive 3 peice suite, but rather our camaouflage uniform. So, having said all that I was really thinking hard for a good nick and it just hit me to use that. Anyone else wanna say how they came up with their nick? Come one what else do you have going on

I've lost count of the number started, thrown away, hidden, lost...
But every now and then I'll start another, mostly I end up writing poems in the after a bit, three pages into it , and or doodling in them...

wouldn't write anything for publishing, more than enough out there, most of it does more damage than good, always get twisted around and some attempt to use them as tools to refute things. Thing is, I know for a fact that it is very real, but at times, it can be very fake, and there are such things as false memories imprinted by less than honest kooks claiming to be professionals and or moral/family counselors and conversely others of the same type spending all their energy attempting to refute and denounce it all together. No balance, black or white...

anyway...

everyone has a story, none better or worse than the other when it all comes out, my life is and has been as normal as anyones really. Normal is as normal does, and my life is my normal

because of it, absolutes do not exist beyond science, and even that can be extremely subjective and never unequivocally proven, maybe in one or more instances it is, but will it always be?

anyway... mmm, dang.. did it again

this is a prime example of the reasoning behind the use of my nick

I know JM, once I start I'm confused by the end of it. And being lazy which I am. If I see a long story or anything that is close to it. I debate if I want to read it.

O' IPlural. You could give your personalities "IPs" don't get it mixed up with your abbreviation

Ok... so y'all probably gunna laugh at mine...

Was scratching around for a new nick when i was using vp (Virtual Places chat) used to go by the name Textmaniac cause i was always sending text/sms messages from my cell phone...

I sat for hours trying to think of a new nick. Couldn't think of anything original.

My PC speakers at the time were Altec, figured that was a bit boring so added the X and here i am!

Very neat how you came about the name, kinda like in Shanghai Knights when Owen Wilsons character comes up with Sherlock Holmes

Going with the X's......

I started the net in spanish speaking yahoo, with the pet name my husband had for me. "Xurria" which means nothing (pronounced churria), but he went ballistic that I used it.

My next entry into a chat room, I had to quickly come one with something else. My husband is Catalan, and I lived in Barcelona for awhile, so I hurried to write "Xerraire" for a new nick, which means talkative, and I thought it would be a great nick for a chatroom. It stuck. Its my domain name, I've put it tshirts...I've had it for 5 years now. It's pronounced a little different than you might thing, X=sh sound, so, Shah-rye-ruh, is how it sounds.

ur a marine and u still try to find time for us and the skinning community how nice of you

My name is simple. Many people use to call me guppy, then it got somewhat twisted to gupps, then gupp, then JEPI!! (dont ask how guppy goes to jepi) Then one day i got so tired of the name changing that i said "Just call me MrGupps!" and its been that way. I still get called Guppy from time to time though

Tell them no, it isn't MrGupps it's "Bad Mammie Jammie" to you and say "Sir" when you address me..... hehe....
